Saroj Kumar Singh has joined the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) as of November 1, 2024, and has been posted to Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). Previously, he served at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raebareli. He is a Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) officer of the Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS) Group.
