Mahesh Chand Bairwa has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER). A 2009 batch Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFS) officer, Mr. Bairwa brings a wealth of administrative experience to the role, where he will be responsible for overseeing the development initiatives and projects aimed at improving infrastructure, socio-economic conditions, and overall development in India’s northeastern states.
