New Delhi: The Competent Authority has approved the assignment of additional charge of Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation to Govind Mohan, IAS (SK:1989).

Govind Mohan, who is presently serving as Home Secretary, will hold the additional charge from 17 September 2026 to 26 September 2026 during the period of leave of Ashish Kumar Bhutani, IAS (AM:1992).

The additional responsibility will remain with Govind Mohan for the specified period, covering Bhutani’s absence on leave.
