Shri T. Armstrong Changsan, a 1997 batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Cuba. He is currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs and is expected to take up his new assignment shortly123.
