Shri T. Armstrong Changsan, a 1997 batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Cuba. He is currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs and is expected to take up his new assignment shortly123. This appointment is part of the regular diplomatic reshuffle and reflects the ongoing efforts to strengthen India’s diplomatic presence and relations with Cuba.
