South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) organized a grand celebration on International Women’s Day, featuring a special workshop by Dr. Aditi Govitrikar—renowned corporate coach, actress, and India’s first Mrs. World. The session, titled “Success Mantras for Women,” empowered female employees with insights on confidence, self-reliance, and overcoming challenges.
The event was attended by key dignitaries, including Director Technical (Operations/Project & Planning) N Franklin Jayakumar, Director (Personnel) Biranchi Das, Director (Finance) D. Sunil Kumar, and Chief Vigilance Officer Himanshu Jain. Dr. Govitrikar emphasized the significance of mental and physical strength in achieving success.
