The Government of India has appointed Rahul Raja, Vikas Khera, and Pawan Kumar as Deputy Secretaries in the Ministry of Defence.
These officers will be contributing to key administrative and policy responsibilities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and governance within the Defence Ministry.
Their appointments come as part of the government’s ongoing efforts to streamline defence administration and strengthen institutional coordination across departments.
