NLC India Limited (NLCIL), under the leadership of CMD M. Prasanna Kumar, has announced its Q3FY25 financial results. The company’s installed power generation capacity has risen to 6,731.06 MW following the successful commercial operation of NUPPL’s GTPP Unit #1 (660 MW).
Key highlights include an all-time high revenue of ₹11,445 crore, a 21% increase from the previous year, and a record profit after tax (PAT) of ₹2,245 crore, up 28%. NLCIL also signed multiple joint ventures for renewable and thermal power projects across Rajasthan and Assam, reinforcing its commitment to India’s energy sector. Additionally, the company received multiple awards, including the Mining Innovation Award and the Five Star Rating for excellence in mining operations.
