Keralam IAS Transfers: 15 officers assigned new roles across Key Departments

The Keralam government has issued transfer and posting orders for 15 IAS officers, bringing significant changes across finance, industries, health, education, and district administration. The reshuffle is expected to strengthen administrative efficiency and streamline governance in multiple sectors.

Senior IAS officer Patil Ajit Bhagwatrao has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Finance (Resources) Department, while P B Nooh has taken charge as Commissioner of the Goods and Services Tax Department.

Inbasekar K has been appointed Managing Director of the Keralam Water Authority, and Devidas N will serve as Director of the Keralam Institute of Local Administration with full additional charge of Managing Director, Impact Keralam Limited.

Arun K Vijayan has been posted as Director, Industries Department, along with additional charge as Managing Director of the Keralam State Industrial Development Corporation. Snehil Kumar Singh has been appointed Director of Collegiate Education and will additionally hold charge as Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.

Prem Krishnan S has been assigned the role of Joint Secretary and Officer on Special Duty in the Health and Family Welfare Department. Meanwhile, Mrs Madhavikutty M S has been posted as District Collector of Kozhikode, and Nizamudeen A has been appointed District Collector of Pathanamthitta.

Further district-level appointments include Mrs Anie Jula Thomas as District Collector, Kollam; Sudhir K as District Collector, Palakkad; Shaji V Nair as District Collector, Alappuzha; and Vishnuraj P as District Collector, Kannur.

Arun S Nair has been transferred as Director, Social Justice Department, with full additional charge of Executive Director, Keralam Social Security Mission Limited, CEO of Cochin Smart Mission Limited, and CEO of Kochi Metropolitan Transport Authority.

Sameer Kishan has been posted as Deputy Secretary and Officer on Special Duty in the Industries Department and will also hold additional charge as Director of the Coir Development Department.

The latest IAS reshuffle in Keralam reflects the state government’s focus on administrative restructuring and effective implementation of development and welfare initiatives across departments and districts.
