In a move aimed at maintaining administrative continuity, Jiban Ramchiary, presently posted as Senior Accounts Officer with the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) in Ludhiana, has been given additional charge of a post under the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) in the same city. This interim arrangement ensures smooth departmental operations while the process for a permanent appointment is underway.
