The Jammu and Kashmir Administration has ordered a major reshuffle involving six IAS officers, assigning new responsibilities across key departments. The November 1, 2026, order transfers Shaleen Kabra as Director General of J&K IMPARD, while Chandraker Bharti, M. Raju, Saugat Biswas, Rehana Batul and Avny Lavasa have been assigned new or additional charges.
