Deepak Mukherjee and Ms. Sunita Chandra have been promoted to the position of Advisor (HAG+) on a regular basis. Mr. Mukherjee will be based in West Bengal, while Ms. Chandra will be posted in Delhi. Both are officers of the Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS), Group A.
