In a major administrative reshuffle in Bihar, several IAS officers have been assigned new responsibilities across important departments. Anand Kishore has been relieved from the additional charge of ACS, Finance, while H R Srinivasa has been appointed as ACS, Social Welfare. Santosh Kumar Mall will now serve as Principal Secretary, Disaster Management.
Further, Lokesh Kumar Singh has been posted as Secretary, Tourism, while Kundan Kumar has been relieved of additional responsibilities as Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhavan, New Delhi and Investment Commissioner, Mumbai. Kumar Ravi has been transferred as Secretary, Health, whereas Sanjay Kumar Singh takes charge as Secretary, Finance. Additionally, Pranav Kumar has been appointed Secretary, Building Construction, and Manoj Kumar Singh becomes Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhavan, New Delhi.
