Nine IPS officers given major assignments in Delhi

In a major reshuffle in Delhi Police, nine IPS officers have been assigned new responsibilities across key divisions. Neeraj Thakur has been posted as Special Commissioner of Police, Law & Order Division Zone-II, while Devesh Chandra Srivastava will head Law & Order Division Zone-I as Special CP. David Lalrinsanga has been transferred as Special CP, Operations (PR & Communication).

Manish Kumar Agarwal has been appointed Special CP, Traffic Division, and Ajay Chaudhary will oversee the Protective Security Division. H S Dhaliwal has been assigned the Crime branch, Atul Katiyar will handle Vigilance, Vijay Kumar has been posted as Special CP, Armed Police, and K Jegadesan has been appointed Special CP, Intelligence Division. The latest IPS postings are expected to enhance operational coordination and law enforcement management in the national capital.
