WOW Go Green – Krishi Viman Showcases Transformative Agri-Drone Technology at Unnat Krishi Mahotsav

Union Defense Minister Shri Rajnath Singh inaugurated the three-day Unnat Krishi Mahotsav at Dussehra Maidan in Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh, highlighting the growing role of advanced technologies in Indian agriculture. Recently concluded festival, (from April 11 to 13, 2026), features live demonstrations of innovations such as drones, solar pumps, and micro-irrigation systems, drawing significant interest from farmers and agri-experts alike.

This National Agriculture Fair is focused on the theme of a middlemen-free market with government schemes and secure produce – prosperous farmers. The grandest gathering of 50,000+ farmers participated in the event.

At the concluding session of the three-day ‘Advanced Agriculture Festival 2026’ organized in Raisen, Madhya Pradesh, the Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, addressed the farmers while participating in the event.

Experts at the event highlighted the growing importance of adopting advanced technologies in agriculture, including improved irrigation practices, organic farming and smart crop management. The hydrogen-powered Krishi Viman drone was presented as a game-changer that can help farmers reduce costs, increase productivity and move towards sustainable farming, reinforcing the government’s push for innovation-driven agricultural development.

Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Shri Ramnath Thakur, the Deputy Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Jagdish Devda, the Agriculture Minister of Haryana, Shri Shyam Singh Rana, and senior
officials from various divisions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare were also present.

Shri Rajnath Singh, Union Defense Minister said this is the amazing pavilion of the exhibition; when we were looking from above, it felt like a new city had been established. So many types of events, so many types of sessions organized—truly amazing.

Shri Nitin Gadkari ,Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways said this is not an end, but a new beginning, a new start, a new commencement. We will follow through on what we have decided, and by following through, we will bring it to fruition on the ground.

Krishi Viman is emerging as a game-changer in precision farming. A major attraction at the Agriculture Festival was the exhibition lounge, where the hydrogen-powered drone “Krishi Vimaan” was displayed.

Recently developed by the Faridabad-based WOW Green Organization, it is emerging as a game-changer in precision farming. This advanced agri-drone represents a significant innovation in modern agriculture. The platform is designed to enhance crop productivity, optimize input usage, and reduce labor dependency.
Its presence at the Mahotsav underscores the growing adoption of drone-based solutions in agriculture.

Overall, the platform helps improve crop yields, ensures efficient use of resources, and minimizes reliance on manual labor. During their visit to the Krishi Viman stall, Shri Rajnath Singh, Union Agriculture Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister , Shri Mohan Yadav, and senior officials from Indian Council of Agricultural Research were briefed on the technology by Dr Shankar Goenka, Managing Director of WOW Go Green. He explained how Krishi Drone technology can significantly improve crop yields through precise spraying, monitoring, and data-driven farming practices.

The Mahotsav has brought together over 300 exhibitors and is expected to attract more than 50,000 farmers. Across four seminar halls, experts are engaging directly with farmers on 20 key topics, including the use of artificial intelligence in agriculture and integrated farming systems.The strong response to Krishi Viman at the exhibition reflects a broader shift toward technology-driven agriculture, offering farmers practical tools to
boost productivity and sustainability.
