West Bengal Government attaches five IAS officers to Chief Secretary’s Office

The West Bengal government has attached five IAS officers to the Office of the Chief Secretary to improve coordination between various districts and government departments. The move is aimed at ensuring smoother day-to-day administrative functioning and faster implementation of official work.

The officers assigned to the Chief Secretary’s Office are Naveen Kumar Chandra, Ms Subhashini E, Mohd Abdul Shahid, Shubham Kundal and Raunak Agarwal. Their responsibilities will include coordination with district administrations and different state departments for effective governance and administrative monitoring.
