Utpal Kumar Singh’s tenure as Secretary General of the Lok Sabha and Lok Sabha Secretariat, holding the rank of Cabinet Secretary, has been extended until November 30, 2025. He is a retired IAS officer from the 1986 batch of the Uttarakhand cadre.
