The Uttar Pradesh Government has assigned field training postings to IPS officers from the 2023 and 2024 batches. These placements are aimed at strengthening the practical policing exposure of young officers as they begin their careers.
In the commissionerates, the officers posted include: Abhay Rajendra Daga in Agra, Ishwar Lal Gurjar in Prayagraj, Ms. Mansi in Varanasi, Ms. Deeksha Bhoria in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Sumedh Milind Jadhav in Kanpur City, Ms. Deepti Chavhan in Ghaziabad, and Ms. Sarika Chaudhary in Lucknow.
Similarly, several IPS officers have been posted to district (janpad) locations for practical training. These include: Dinesh Godra in Gorakhpur, Ms. Anjana Dahia in Bareilly, Ankit Bansal in Bijnor, Aftab Alam in Pratapgarh, Bajrang Prasad in Meerut, Ms. Shrashti Jain in Jaunpur, Premsukh Daria in Azamgarh, Jaivind Kumar Gupta in Mathura, Kanishk R. Jamkar in Mirzapur, Pradip Kumar in Gonda, Samyak Chaudhary in Aligarh, Sanchit Sharma in Unnao, Shlok Gautam in Banda, Ms. Simran Singh in Saharanpur, Shubham Jain in Ayodhya, and Vinay Kumar Yadav in Jhansi.
These assignments will help the officers gain hands-on experience and prepare them for future responsibilities in policing and administration.
