Top officers shift in Maharashtra Police command

In a measured reshuffle across Maharashtra’s police administration, senior IPS officer Sunil Ramanand has been appointed as the Additional Director General (ADG) of CID in Pune. Rajkumar Vatkar takes charge as ADG of the State Police Force in Mumbai, while K M Mallikarjun Prasanna steps into the role of ADG, Training.

Additionally, Pravin Salunke has been posted as ADG, Highway Security, Mumbai; Prabhat Kumar will now serve as Director, Civil Protection; and Prashant Burde assumes the position of Director General (DG), Railways in Mumbai.
