Three IAS officers in Gujarat have recently received new assignments
P. D. Palsana: Appointed as Joint Secretary in the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation Department, Gandhinagar.
B. H. Talati: Transferred and posted as Special Director at the State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD) in Ahmedabad. This transfer relieves Vishal Gupta, IAS, of the additional charge of that post.
Hareet Shukla: Transferred and appointed as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Gujarat. Additionally, Shukla will serve as the Ex-Officio Principal Secretary to the Government in the General Administration Department (Election).
These changes reflect the administrative reshuffling within the state bureaucracy.
