The Telangana government has announced new postings for 10 IAS officers as part of a major administrative restructuring.
Mrs G Srijana has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Cyberabad Municipal Corporation. T Vinay Krishna Reddy will assume charge as Commissioner of Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation. R V Karnan will continue as Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation following its reorganization.
Dr Jyoti Buddha Prakash has been appointed Chairman and Managing Director of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL), relieving D Krishna Bhaskar from full additional charge.
Sabyasachi Ghosh, Special Chief Secretary overseeing Implementation of Flagship Welfare and Developmental Schemes, has been given full additional charge as Special Chief Secretary, Scheduled Caste Development Department, and Commissioner of Scheduled Caste Development. He will also continue holding additional charge of Tribal Welfare and Welfare Departments.
Sandeep Kumar Sultania, Principal Secretary, Finance Department, has been assigned full additional charge as Principal Secretary, Planning Department, and Ex-Officio Director General of Telangana Remote Sensing Applications Centre (TGRAC).
Ms D Divya, CEO of Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), will hold additional charge as Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development. P Katyayani Devi has been appointed State Nodal Officer, Prajavani, while continuing as Joint Managing Director, State Finance Corporation.
Mayank Mittal has been transferred as Joint Managing Director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB). U Raghuram Sharma has been posted as Special Secretary, Industries and Commerce, and given additional charge as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister for IT, Industries and Legislative Affairs.
The reshuffle is expected to enhance administrative efficiency and support the implementation of flagship welfare schemes in Telangana.
