In a recent administrative reshuffle, eight IPS officers have been reassigned to key positions across Telangana. P Viswaprasad has been appointed as the Additional Commissioner of Police (ACP), Crimes, Hyderabad City, while Dr. B Naveen Kumar takes charge as Superintendent of Police (SP), CID, Telangana. Dr. Gajarao Bhupal has been designated as the Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Cyderabad.
Additionally, D Joel Davis will now serve as the Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad, while Srisetti Sankeerth retains his position as ADC to the Governor at the rank of SP. B Ram Reddy has been appointed as SP, CID, Hyderabad, and Sridhar will take over as SP, Intelligence, Hyderabad. Meanwhile, S Chaitanya Kumar has been transferred to the role of Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Special Branch (SB), Hyderabad City.
These appointments are aimed at enhancing law enforcement efficiency and streamlining police administration across Telangana.
