In a significant administrative overhaul, the Telangana Government has reassigned several IAS officers. Navin Mittal has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Energy Department, while Harichandana Dasari takes over as Collector, Hyderabad. Dr. Shashank Goel is now Special Chief Secretary to Government and Resident Commissioner at Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi. Gaurav Uppal has been made Secretary, Coordination (GoI Projects & CSS) at Telangana Bhavan.
Lokesh Kumar D S is given FAC of Secretary, Revenue Department. N Sridhar is appointed as Principal Secretary, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, retaining additional charge of PS, Mines & Geology, I\&C Department. Dr. Jyoti Buddha Prakash becomes Secretary, SCD Department, and takes FAC roles in Planning Department and Telangana Remote Sensing Applications Centre. Siva Sankar Lotheti is now Joint Secretary, Agriculture & Cooperation Department, and holds FAC for Joint Secretary, Revenue (DM).
Chittem Lakshmi becomes Secretary, GAD, while K Hymavathi is posted as Collector, Siddipet. Vasam Venkateswar Reddy is appointed Project Director, AIDS Control Society, and given FAC of Director, Institute of Health & Family Welfare. V P Gautham receives FAC of Secretary, Housing. Killu Sivakumar Naidu will serve as Commissioner, R\&R and Land Acquisition in Irrigation.
Rajeevgandhi Hanumanthu becomes Special Secretary, Registration & Stamps, and holds FAC for Commissioner, Registration & SSLA and PD. T Vinay Krishna Reddy is posted as Collector, Nizamabad. G Srijana receives FAC of Director, WCD & SC. Sneha Shabarish moves to Hanamkonda as Collector. Anudeep Durishetty takes over as Collector, Khammam. K Nikhila is appointed Director, Fisheries and gets FAC of CEO, TGIRD. Valluru Kranthi becomes MD, Telangana Tourism Development Corporation. Chekka Priyanka takes charge as Special Commissioner, I\&PR and EO Special Secretary, GA (I\&PR).
