Tapas Kumar Pattanayak, currently serving as Executive Director (HR) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), has been chosen to become the Director of Human Resources at National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO).
The decision was made during the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) meeting on October 21, 2024, where Pattanayak stood out among 12 candidates interviewed for the position.
