Three officers from the Non-State Civil Service (Non-SCS) of Tamil Nadu—S. Malathi Helen, G. Ravikumar, and N. Mirunalini—have been promoted to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). These appointments are based on the Select List of 2023, and the officers have been allocated the Tamil Nadu cadre.
