In a major development within the Income Tax Department, six officers have been promoted to the rank of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (CCIT).
The officers who received the elevation are Rajarshi Dwivedy, Vasundhara Upmanyu, Manisha Chandra, Dr. Sibichen K. Mathew, Anand Kumar Kedia, and Sant Saran Mantri. Their promotion marks a new chapter in the department’s leadership as it continues to bolster its administrative capacity and tax governance framework.
