In a fresh administrative reshuffle, seven IPS officers have been given new postings in Uttar Pradesh. Dev Ranjan Verma has taken charge as DIGP, Directorate of Training, while Dr. Satish Kumar has been posted as SP, PHQ. Abhijeet Kumar has been appointed Additional SP (Rural) in Janpad Meerut.
Meanwhile, Atul Kumar Srivastava assumes the role of DCP, Kanpur City; Mrs. Mamata Rani Chaudhary becomes DCP, Lucknow; Shailendra Kumar Singh is posted as DCP, Gautam Buddha Nagar; and Trigun Bisen has been assigned as DCP, Ghaziabad. These new appointments aim to strengthen law and order and enhance policing efficiency across the state.
