Seven IAS officers of the 2009 batch in Uttarakhand Cadre have been promoted to the Super Time Scale (Secretary grade). The officers are Dr. Raghav Langer, Savin Bansal, C. Ravi Shankar, Mrs. Jyoti Yadav, Yugal Kishore Pant, Ranveer Singh Chauhan, and Dheeraj Singh Garbiyal.
