The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Bilaspur Chapter, held its General Body meeting at MDI, SECL Indira Vihar Colony. The event, attended by industry leaders and HR professionals, marked a significant restructuring of the chapter’s leadership.
As per the newly formed body:
- Dr. Prem Sagar Mishra, CMD, SECL, will serve as Patron-in-Chief.
- Biranchi Das, Director (Personnel), SECL, will assume the role of Chairman.
During his address, Dr. Mishra emphasized the evolving role of Human Resources (HR) in industries and encouraged professionals to adapt to greater responsibilities at an early stage. Biranchi Das reaffirmed the chapter’s commitment to HR excellence and professional development through continuous learning and engagement activities.
