The Government of Odisha has reassigned responsibilities to officers recently elevated from the State Civil Service to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) cadre. Notable officers, including Dharam Hansdah, Rina Mohapatra, Lily Kumari Kullu, Aradhana Das, and Narahari Sethy, among others, have been appointed as Joint Secretaries in various departments where they previously served as Special Secretaries.
Meanwhile, several newly promoted officers—such as Niyati Pattnaik, Maheswar Swain, and Srikanta Tarai—will retain their current assignments, continuing to serve in their existing roles.
