Acharya has over 25 years of experience in the field of finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, regulation, and commercial. He has held several senior positions in the power, transmission, distribution, and mining sectors. He is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
