Jammu Divisional Commissioner Ramesh Kumar has been given the additional charge of Resident Commissioner of Jammu & Kashmir Bhawan in New Delhi. Kumar is a 2011-batch IAS officer from the AGMUT cadre, known for his administrative leadership.
