In a recent administrative reshuffle, the Punjab government has assigned new roles to eight IAS officers. Vineet Kumar has been appointed as Managing Director, Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Ltd. Mrs. Poonamdeep Kaur will now serve as Deputy Commissioner (DC), Faridkot, while Mrs. Komal Mittal takes charge as DC, SAS Nagar.
Further appointments include Mrs. Aashika Jain as DC, Hoshiarpur, and Parminder Pal Singh as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, SAS Nagar. Ankurjeet Singh has been posted as DC, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, while T Benith will assume the role of DC, Barnala. Additionally, Viraj Shyamkarn Tidke has been designated as DC, Malerkotla.
These changes aim to enhance administrative efficiency and governance across the state.
