The Punjab government has issued fresh posting orders for four IAS officers as part of an administrative reshuffle. Ramvir has been appointed Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, along with additional charge as Administrative Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation.
Ghanshyam Thori has been named Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, and will also hold additional responsibilities as Mission Director, NHM, and Secretary, Medical Education & Research.
Puneet Goyal has been posted as Special Secretary, Information & Public Relations, with additional charge of Director, Information & Public Relations. Meanwhile, Mrs Akshita Gupta has been appointed Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Ropar. The latest appointments are aimed at streamlining governance and strengthening departmental administration in the state.
