P Narhari, an IAS officer from the 2001 batch of the Madhya Pradesh cadre, has been elevated to the rank of Principal Secretary.
Dr. Navneet Mohan Kothari, also a 2001 batch IAS officer from the Madhya Pradesh cadre, has been promoted to the Principal Secretary grade.
