Senior IPS officer Ms. Nuzhat Hassan has been appointed as the Director General (Home Guards) in Delhi Government. A 1991-batch IPS officer of the AGMUT cadre, Ms. Hassan brings vast administrative and law enforcement expertise to her new role. Her appointment is seen as a strategic move to strengthen the functioning of the Home Guards, improve training mechanisms, and enhance community safety initiatives in the national capital.
