Abhishek Jain has been posted as Secretary, Home, Vigilance & IT and will hold additional charge of Secretary, Finance, Planning, Economics & Statistics. He will also continue to hold the additional charge of Secretary to the Chief Minister.
Rakesh Kanwar has been appointed as Secretary, Education, Animal Husbandry and Language Art & Culture.
Chander Prakash Verma will take over as Director, Land Records.
Lalit Jain has been shifted as MD, HP Minorities and Finance and Development Corporation.
Manesh Kumar is now Additional Deputy Commissioner (Dev.)-cum-Project Director, DRDA, Hamirpur District.
In addition to these transfers, 3 IAS officers have been assigned additional responsibilities:
C Paulrasu will also hold charge of Secretary, Agriculture, in addition to his present duty.
Priyatu Mandal gets additional charge of Secretary, Technical Education and Fisheries and Chairman, HP Appellate Tax Tribunal Dharamshala.
Sandeep Kumar gets additional responsibility of post of Commissioner, Departmental Enquiries.
