NBCC to transform PFC’s World Trade Centre office space

NBCC (India) Limited and Power Finance Corporation (PFC) have entered into an MoU to execute interior and fit-out works at PFC’s newly acquired office space at Tower-H, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi. The office spans a substantial 2,70,758 square feet across ten floors and will be completely transformed by NBCC with a project cost estimated at Rs. 161.55 crore.

The MoU was formalized in the presence of senior officials, including NBCC CMD K P Mahadevaswamy and PFC CMD Mrs Parminder Chopra. Signing the agreement were R P Singh, CGM (Engineering), NBCC, and Atul Chourasiya, Manager (RDSS), PFC. This collaboration marks another milestone in NBCC’s portfolio of high-end commercial interior projects and aligns with PFC’s commitment to operational excellence in its corporate infrastructure.
