NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Limited (MAHAPREIT).
This strategic partnership aims to develop infrastructure projects in Maharashtra, including cluster development, data centers, renewable energy initiatives, and affordable housing under PMAY. The ₹25,000 crore projects will be executed over the next 3-5 years.
