The company has officially signed a landmark broad framework Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC, a major player in the Dubai, UAE real estate market. This powerful partnership is set to bolster NBCC’s presence in the booming United Arab Emirates construction landscape.
The MoU was finalized by Shri Pradeep Sharma, ED(Engg) from NBCC, and Ali Abusafieh, Legal Director from Pantheon Elysee, under the supervision of K P Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC. The collaboration will see NBCC and Pantheon execute high-quality residential, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects across the UAE. The alliance will synergize NBCC’s six decades of engineering excellence and project management expertise with Pantheon’s robust local development portfolio. This expansion builds on NBCC’s successful track record in the region, including the timely completion of the prestigious India Pavilion for Dubai Expo 2020.
