NBCC (India) Limited conducted a one-day capacity-building training programme for its officials under the Government of India’s flagship initiative, Rashtriya Karmayogi – Serving the Karmayogi Way, launched by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC).
The training, aimed at fostering empathy, integrity, and service excellence, brought together officials from diverse domains such as Engineering, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Law, and Project Management. Participants engaged in interactive sessions focused on leadership in governance, citizen-centric service delivery, and the ethos of Seva Bhaav (spirit of public service).
By actively adopting the Rashtriya Karmayogi initiative, NBCC is not only driving infrastructure development but also nurturing a workforce that is skilled, motivated, and committed to nation-building.
