NBCC (India) Ltd. has concluded a highly successful e-auction of 560 residential units at Aspire Leisure Park in Greater Noida (West), achieving a total sale value of Rs. 1,153.13 crore for 14.60 lakh sq. ft. of space. The auction received strong interest, with final bids far exceeding the reserve price.
Proceeds will help address funding needs for ongoing projects, including repayment of loans. Monitored by the Supreme Court, the Aspire Leisure Park development is expected to feature modern amenities in a prime location.
This transaction contributes to the revival of stalled Amrapali projects. So far, NBCC has completed e-auctions for four FAR-based Amrapali projects—totalling 4,024 units and over 10.49 million sq. ft.—generating Rs. 8,227.92 crore. With this milestone, NBCC further strengthens its role as a key PSU real estate player and a reliable executor of stressed assets, offering renewed hope to thousands of homebuyers in Noida and Greater Noida.
