In a collaborative push for skill development, NBCC (India) Ltd and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) have inked a strategic MoU to establish a Multi Skill Training Institute (MSTI) and a Model Career Centre (MCC) at Ghitorni, Delhi. Aimed at empowering youth with job-ready skills, the initiative will launch in FY25-26 and is expected to train over 8,000 individuals in its first phase.
The program will cover sectors like construction, banking, healthcare, and hospitality, blending skill training with direct employment support. Signed in the presence of senior leadership from both organizations, the partnership aligns with India’s national goal of creating a skilled, employable workforce equipped for tomorrow’s economy.
