NBCC successfully organized the flat possession ceremony for Dream Valley Phase-II, Greater Noida, on March 6, 2025. The event was attended by K P Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC, Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), NBCC, L Sivaraman, representative of the Learned Court Receiver, homebuyers, and senior NBCC officials. The milestone event marked the commencement of flat handovers, bringing long-awaited relief to homebuyers.
During the ceremony, possession letters for 51 flats were officially distributed. Dream Valley Phase-II comprises 8,300 flats across 47 towers, with approximately 50% of the project already completed. NBCC is dedicated to ensuring high-quality construction and timely project completion, working diligently to fulfill the aspirations of homebuyers.
Since its appointment as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) by the Supreme Court, NBCC has successfully delivered 17 Amrapali projects, including Eden Park, Sapphire-1 & 2, Silicon City, Golf Homes, and more. The company has already completed nearly 25,000 flats and remains committed to expediting the remaining phases of Dream Valley Phase-II.
