In a landmark move toward building India’s next-generation tech infrastructure, NBCC (India) Ltd has inked an MoU with the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) to develop a state-of-the-art Data Centre complex in Mehrauli, New Delhi.
Spread across 40 acres, the Rs. 220 crore project will include a futuristic Data Centre, Technical Towers, a Training Hub, NOC block, and integrated residential facilities. Envisioned as a symbol of Digital India, this innovation campus will carry the C-DOT legacy forward with smart designs, green features, and scalable architecture.
NBCC, selected through a rigorous bidding process, will lead the initiative as Project Management Consultant, overseeing everything from design to execution. With a projected timeline of 36 months, this partnership sets a new benchmark for institutional excellence and technological ambition.
