The Government of India has announced several new appointments in the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT).
Justice Biren Vaishnav, Justice N K Johari, Justice Navneet Kumar, Justice Ritu Tagore, and Shri Diwakar Singh have been appointed as Judicial Members of CAT. Alongside, Shri B M Agrawal, Ms Manju Pandey, Shri Sanjiv Kumar, and Shri Vijoy Singh have been appointed as Administrative Members. These appointments strengthen the judicial and administrative leadership of CAT, which plays a crucial role in adjudicating disputes related to the service matters of central government employees.
