MP Travel Mart 2025: Madhya Pradesh Set to Shine as a Global Tourism Hub

Under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Madhya Pradesh is gearing up to host the MP Travel Mart (MPTM) 2025, a landmark event that will redefine the state’s tourism potential. Scheduled from October 11–13, 2025, at the Kushabhau Thakre International Convention Centre, Bhopal, the event aims to showcase the state as the “Heart of Incredible India.”

Organized by the MP Tourism Board in collaboration with FICCI, MPTM 2025 will be India’s largest state-level travel mart, bringing together over 700 participants, including 80+ international tour operators from 27 countries, 150 domestic operators, film professionals, and major tourism stakeholders.

Sheo Shekhar Shukla, ACS, Tourism, Culture, Home, and MD, MP Tourism Board, highlighted that the event will present Madhya Pradesh’s diverse offerings—heritage, wildlife, rural tourism, handicrafts, cuisine, and film tourism—under one roof. Minister of State for Tourism Dharmendra Singh Lodhi added that MPTM 2025 will create a dynamic B2B platform connecting state hoteliers, tour operators, and homestay owners with global buyers.

The three-day event will feature 3,000+ B2B meetings, investment discussions, roundtable sessions, and an exhibition with 120+ stalls showcasing Gond art, Chanderi weaving, and traditional handicrafts. Cultural attractions will include performances by the Maihar Band, vibrant folk dances, and a special act choreographed by Maitreyee Pahari.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will also lead investor meetings and participate in high-level sessions such as “Madhya Pradesh: From Hidden Gem to Global Icon” and “The Future of the Film Sector in Madhya Pradesh.” Industry leaders and film icons like Dr. Jyotsna Suri, Rajiv Mehra, Ekta Kapoor, and Gajraj Rao are expected to attend. With participation from IRCTC, Incredible India, and other State Tourism Boards, MPTM 2025 is set to position Madhya Pradesh as a global tourism powerhouse—boosting investment, employment, and international recognition.
