The Gujarat government has implemented a significant reshuffle involving 16 IAS officers across various administrative roles. Dilip Kumar Rana has been named Commissioner of Higher Education in Gandhinagar, while Dr. N. K. Meena assumes the role of Municipal Commissioner, Bhavnagar. Among other appointments, Tusharkumar Y Bhatt and Manish Kumar will serve as Collectors of Patan and Bhavnagar, respectively.
The reshuffle also includes key postings such as Arun Mahesh Babu as Municipal Commissioner of Vadodara and Arvind V as Managing Director of Gujarat Informatics Ltd. in Gandhinagar. Several officers have been appointed as Deputy Municipal Commissioners and Regional Commissioners in cities like Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad.
