Jammu & Kashmir has witnessed a large-scale reshuffle involving 17 IPS officers. Key changes include Uttam Chand being posted as IGP, Police Operations & Services at PHQ, and Sarah Rizvi appointed as DIG, Udhampur-Reasi Range. Rayees Mohammad Bhat has been assigned as DIG, CID Kashmir, while Umesh Kumar becomes DIG, Training PHQ. Other notable postings include Jatinder Singh Johar as Director, Police Telecommunication; Sanjeev Kumar Yadav as SO to IGP Technical Services; and Tanushree as SP, SIA Headquarters.
Additional reassignments include Bisma Qazi, Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, G V Sundeep Chakravarthy, Amritpal Singh, Ranjit Singh Sambyal, Hareesh H P, Divya D, Ragav S, and Sheikh Junaid Mehmood, each taking up key positions across various law enforcement wings.
