Major IAS reshuffle in Delhi: Key administrative changes announced

A significant reshuffle of IAS officers has been carried out in Delhi, bringing multiple changes across crucial departments. Navin Kumar Choudhary has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary (Irrigation & Flood Control) and also given additional charge of ACS, General Administration Department. Sandeep Kumar takes over as Principal Secretary, PWD, while Ms Dilrak Kaur has been named Managing Director of DCHFC along with additional charge of MD, DSFDC.

Vikas Anand will serve as Secretary to the Chief Minister and additionally handle the portfolios of Secretary, Information & Publicity and Director, UTCS. Ms Nandini Paliwal has been posted as Secretary, Vigilance, with added responsibilities as Secretary, Services and Chairman, DSSSB. Niraj Kumar assumes charge as Special Secretary, SC/ST/OBC, along with roles as Director, Social Welfare and Executive Director, DSFDC.

G Sudhakar has been appointed Director, Women & Child Development, with additional charge of MD, SULM. Kishore Kshirsagar Lakshman becomes Deputy Commissioner/DM, Old Delhi, also handling MD, SRDC. Yash Chaudhary is posted as Special Secretary, Health, while Cheemala Siva Gopal Reddy takes over as Special Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor. Rajeev Singh has been appointed Member, DUSIB, along with additional charge of Special Secretary, Land & Building.
